RETURN POLICY

You can return your order within two weeks. The period begins upon receipt of the items. For more detailed information on when an item can be returned, please refer here. Please make sure to contact our customer service before returning an item.

RETURN CONDITIONS

You can contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Please send us an email (support@jabulani.ch) stating the reason for the return, and if necessary, attach photos of the item. After inspection, we will provide you with an address to which you can return the items. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund the purchase price, but we do not cover the return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange after 14 days. We also cannot guarantee a refund if the items have been damaged.

Receipt of the item is within 14 days
Condition checked in our warehouse
Full refund (100%) of the purchase price

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your request, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If your return is accepted, you will automatically receive a credit to your credit card or your originally chosen payment method within 10 days.

 

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUND

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again. Please also contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially processed. If you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service at support@jabulani.ch.
